Below, we have created some general packages for you to consider. Of course these are not set in stone and we are able to customize based on your needs. Platinum Package – Starting at $300 per month

You don’t have time to learn accounting, your energy should be focused on growing your business. This is the ultimate hands free accounting package. For a fixed price, we will handle all of your accounting needs. We will create and setup a bookkeeping file in whatever accounting software you prefer, handle your monthly accounting (bookkeeping, reconciling, report generation, etc.), prepare your current year taxes, prepare your annual reports, and provide you with two hours of consulting to discuss tax and accounting/bookkeeping strategies and issues per quarter.

Gold Package – $167 per month

This is the ultimate new business and entrepreneur package. For a fixed price, we will assist you in selecting the appropriate entity type, forming your new business along with all necessary documentation, assist you in setting up your accounting software, teach you what you need to know to efficiently and effectively maintain your books, prepare your current year taxes, and provide you with two hours of consulting to discuss tax and accounting/bookkeeping strategies and issues per quarter. This package provides a total value well in excess of $3,000.

Silver Package – $125 per month

This package is geared towards the businesses that have already been established and need accounting and tax assistance. For a fixed price, we will review your prior year tax return for any missed opportunities or errors, assist in your bookkeeping setup or critique your current situation, teach you how to efficiently and effectively manage your bookkeeping, prepare your current year taxes, and provide you with one hour of consulting to discuss tax and accounting/bookkeeping strategies and issues per quarter.

Business Entity Setup – $350 flat fee

The business entity choice may be one of the most important decisions you make as you begin operating. Choosing the right entity type can minimize your personal liability and potentially provide you thousands in tax savings. Allow us to evaluate your business and goals and help you choose the best entity choice for your business. We will additionally prepare all required documentation and new business filings. Note cost does not include state and federal filing fees.
